I manage inventory, track shipments, and coordinate my team using various applications. Some tools I use daily include email, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and occasionally TrafiCom to manage vehicle-related tasks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, I recently sold my car and used TrafiCom to instantly transfer ownership to the buyer, all online without any in-person steps. I also use Posti\u2019s online services to update my current address, which makes handling official correspondence much easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selected Social Media and Digital Tools for Work<br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For this assignment, I explored five new tools and how they could improve my daily work: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Slack <\/strong>\u2013 For instant communication with team members and quick file sharing. It can replace long email threads and keep everyone in the loop in real-time. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Asana \u2013<\/strong> For task and project management. I could assign tasks to team members, track progress, and set deadlines efficiently. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Miro <\/strong>\u2013 A virtual whiteboard that can help me plan warehouse layouts, visualize workflows, and collaborate with colleagues remotely. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ChatGPT<\/strong> \u2013 I can use it to draft reports, summarize updates, or get quick guidance on problem-solving in logistics. It helps save time on writing and decision-making. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Qasa.fi <\/strong>\u2013 Although not typical workplace software, I recently used it to rent an apartment for my family entirely online. This showed me how digital platforms can handle complex transactions quickly and reliably.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Positive and Negative Aspects of These Tools<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Positive: <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faster communication and reduced need for meetings <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Better tracking of tasks and projects <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improved collaboration even when working remotely <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital platforms like Qasa and TrafiCom save time and allow safe transactions <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Negative: <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Learning curve for new tools can be time-consuming <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Over-reliance on digital platforms might reduce personal interactions <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security and privacy need constant attention<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elements of Successful Use <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From my experience, successful use of digital platforms requires: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clear instructions and training for everyone <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regular updates and backups <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secure access to protect sensitive information <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integration with existing workflows so tools complement daily work rather than complicate it<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Self-Evaluation <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Working with these tools has shown me how digitalization can make work more efficient and accessible. I realized the potential of online platforms not just in professional tasks but also in everyday life. From selling my car on TrafiCom to renting an apartment online, I\u2019ve experienced how digital platforms save time, reduce stress, and increase convenience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I also recognize that there is a digital gap, especially for people from countries where internet access is limited. Tools are only effective if everyone can use them confidently, and that requires support, education, and accessibility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, I feel more confident in using digital platforms and social media for both work and personal life.
