You were punctual and there were no unexplained absences. You treated your patients and clients with dignity and confidential at all times. You prepared and administered medications while also mastering your nurse-patient relationship. For your assignment, you successfully planned and implemented activities for occupational therapy sessions. You were also actively involved in the documentation of patient’s care.
