We had to move all the residents to a newly built <em>hoivakoti<\/em>. I was actively involved in the planning and the actual transportation of the residents. I ensured everyone of them had the appropriate aids needed for movement such as the <em>rollatori, nostori, <\/em>wheelchair and so on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>   Another important aspect of care that I put into consideration was their mental well-being. I observed that after moving to the new place, some of the residents were disoriented and more agitated, I was able provide counselling in my own little way help them settle well in their new environment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This week has been quite eventful and enlightening at the same time.
