This blog serves as my personal learning environment during the course Digitalised Working Environment. It brings together my reflections, assignments, and professional insights related to digitalisation, digital citizenship, and the use of digital platforms in working life.
I am a registered nurse and midwife, currently completing my Master’s degree in Health Sciences with a focus on preventive nursing science, digitalisation, and human-centred development in social and health care. Alongside my clinical background, I have studied design (UAS) and service design thinking, which strongly influence how I approach digitalisation: not only as a technical change, but as a human, ethical, and societal transformation.
Digitalisation affects how we work, interact, access services, and take care of well-being. In my field, it shapes professional practices, equality, data protection, and the way services are designed for people with different needs and capabilities. Through this blog, I explore digitalisation from the perspective of social and health care, service design, digital citizenship, and the future of work.
This blog contains:
-
Reflections on digital society and its impact on professional life
-
Observations on digital citizenship and everyday digital services
-
Analysis of digital platforms and their use in working environments
-
Personal learning reflections throughout the course
The purpose of this blog is not only to complete course assignments but to build a reflective and professional understanding of how digitalisation shapes working life, well-being, and inclusion in society.
Welcome to explore my thoughts on the digitalised working environment.
