Saranen Consulting raises experts in emerging industries through training programs that recruit experts. We act as a link between the employee and the company by supporting the individual skills and careers and being a partner of companies. Our strong belief is that continues learning enables growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I get to do a pretty insanely neat job; as a project coordinator, I manage the project as a whole, ensuring its smooth implementation. I see it as an important part of my job to ensure a successful applicant and participant experience for each of our clients. This is realized e.g. with professional, up-to-date communication, keeping promises and reachability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Personal and group interviews are a big part of my job, in addition to which I also spar with my clients about job search tips and building a resume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To make our business possible, we have a few completely invaluable partners with whom we agree on project practices, expectations, responsibilities and budgeting. I am also responsible for reporting to stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Accountor Finago Oy, Financial Assistant, 2014-2018<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I was responsible for the development and implementation of the e-invoicing service together with the service provider.
I counseled pilot clients in the deployment and sold the new service to current and potential clients and planned and implemented campaigns. I acted as the administrator of the reporting system and as support of 2nd line customer service by answering the most challenging questions related to the service. I also acted as a solution specialist for sales support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I trained administrative assistants and was their support person, ensuring a high level of quality and on-time delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Later, I assisted with ledger management and handled invoicing and complaints. I was responsible for debt collection of the company and as the clientele grew, I acted as a link to the collection agency after it was outsource<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anttila Oyj, Content producer, 2013-2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anttila was part of the Kesko Oyj which is a Finnish retailing company and is one of the biggest operators in that industry in Finland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I was responsible for updating the product database and activating advertising campaigns with the children’s clothing purchasing team for Anttila and Citymarket. I made sure that the retailers had the necessary and up to date information about the products and that the campaigns ran smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
