It was because a colleague was ill therefore me and Minna were substituting her.

We had lessons by visiting library and storytelling.

Feelings:

I am sure that library visiting is very important for children and helps them to broad their understanding of the world around them. Visiting the library for cultural lessons can provide an opportunity for children to explore different customs, traditions, and beliefs through books, and interactive activities. Reading the books can inspire children to learn about new information, develop speaking skills, gain a deeper appreciation of their own culture. Libraries can also offer programs and events that showcase different cultures, such as art exhibitions, storytelling sessions. All of these experiences can contribute to a child’s personal and social development, as well as their mental grow.

By substituting our colleague, I have once again seen that teamwork and helping each other are very important aspect in nursing life.

Evaluation

Thus I am pleased to work in multicultural team and I am able to help my colleagues by substituting each one and working with collective rules and instructions.
