Knowledge Management Practices

STEP 2

Artificial intelligence and management with information have become a new thing in our organization. The skills of experienced employees are not necessarily valued as they should be. The risk here is that the tacit knowledge of experienced employees will not be utilized. Effective information sharing based on growing empirical evidence may lead to better results in organizational productivity, performance and innovation (Mäkelä 2006, 24).

When working in a group, sharing information is often more effective. On the other hand, it also depends on the nature of the employee. Others are able to come up with ideas easily in a group, while others find it easier to present their own ideas, for example, in discussions between two people.

STEP 3

Our organization has good opportunities to develop into an efficient, innovative and expert organization. Our organization has experienced employees who know the history of many things and are able to choose the right solutions with their experience. On the other hand, in recent years, there have been many young educated employees, for whom, for example, acquiring knowledge in a changing work environment is easy. Our organization’s mission would be to find ways to utilize the best qualities of old and new employees. Finding a way of teamwork that works would be the most important thing, here the supervisor and the company’s management have the biggest role.
