Based on this course, I would estimate that I would be the type of leader who would try to take everyone into account. Due to the lack of leadership experience, it is difficult to assess how well I could lead by example. However, this course helped me understand my strengths and weaknesses as a leader, and gave me the tools to develop as a leader. This course also helped to understand what challenges managers have in management positions.

I would evaluate my own behavior in such a way that I have quite strong views and opinions on some issues. In my management work, I probably have the most to develop in making compromises, especially if the views of others differ a lot from my own.
