I am a hospitality professional with international experience in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. My background combines luxury hotel operations, restaurant management, and classroom teaching, giving me a broad perspective on service excellence, leadership, and cross-cultural communication.

Currently, I am completing a Master’s degree in International Business Management, with a focus on service design, digitalization, and process optimization. My academic work explores how digital solutions can improve efficiency and collaboration within the hospitality sector.

Throughout my career, I have worked in luxury hotels and fine-dining restaurants, supporting operational management, team coordination, wine service, and guest experience enhancement. I have also gained experience in teaching English in Vietnam, where I integrated digital tools into hybrid and online learning environments. This experience strengthened my adaptability and ability to work in multicultural settings.
