The list included many new and unfamiliar apps. ChatGPT is the newest tool for me, which I have used to some extent, especially for my thesis.
For my work, I could use software such as DeepL instead of Google Translate. Evernote could be used for various collaborative projects, and Miro.com could be used to bring project members together to brainstorm ideas under the same table.
ChatGPT and PI AI-based software would be suitable for data retrieval and processing in my work, with reservations.

Personalization is also an important factor, as users appreciate services that adapt to their needs and provide relevant content. Good customer support and clear instructions help to solve potential problems and make effective use of the application’s features.
Finally, continuous development and updates ensure the application remains up-to-date, secure, and responsive to users’ changing needs.
Self-reflection
This exercise helped me to understand how many different digital services there are that I was not even aware of. I think I am a good user of digital services and can identify potential threats.
