{"id":17,"date":"2021-09-24T13:19:09","date_gmt":"2021-09-24T10:19:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogi.savonia.fi\/kingsleyaliche\/?page_id=17"},"modified":"2022-04-01T09:42:16","modified_gmt":"2022-04-01T06:42:16","slug":"final-evaluation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blogi.savonia.fi\/kingsleyaliche\/esimerkkisivu\/1st-internshipnursing-assessment-and-interventions-practice\/final-evaluation\/","title":{"rendered":"Mid Evaluation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Learning Competence<\/strong>: Clinical practice has progressed well and communication with mentor nurse has been great.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How I attained my goal:<\/strong> I can say at this moment, that i have been able to work independently under supervision of my mentor nurse and asking for feedback on a weekly basis has made it much better and efficient in progressing during the internship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ethical Knowledge and Professionalism:<\/strong> Ethically and professional competence knowledge is getting better, as i follow what has been taught at the university and how my mentor nurse also handles several situations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Clinical Competence<\/strong>: My progress in clinical competence has also improved, as i can identify basic needs of clients nutritional and daily activities to make them more active. preparation of clients meal has also made me more aware of their nutritional needs. Assisting in the daily clients mental state and physical appearance, has also made me more aware that everyone wants to be clean and look presentable no matter the situation and also respected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have also assisted under supervision of my mentor nurse to give medication and also arrange the medication of each client, in other to avoid mistakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My relationship with other colleagues is quite cordial, as they are willing to help me grow as much as i want and they assist me when i ask for help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goals for remaining week<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Report writing on Pegasus and Hilkka<\/li><li>communication in Finnish<\/li><li>Independent working <\/li><li>Vital signs Assessment, Catherization <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>How to achieve this<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By making myself available whenever needed or open to all task assigned to me<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Learning Competence: Clinical practice has progressed well and communication with mentor nurse has been great.
