I still have to practice doing the assigned tasks in time. I have had feedback discussions with the nurse and they are encouraging and positive about my ability to progress steadily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ethical Knowledge and Professionalism<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have acted professionally and responsibly. I have followed the rules of the job and I still have to pay attention so that I am no longer late for shifts. My actions and interactions have been respectful and appreciative of the clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guidance and teaching competence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have been able to select and use appropriate treatment and aids \/ indicators for the client \/ patient. I am advanced in the treatment of the client’s basic care and is able to choose the right treatment methods partly independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GUIDANCE AND TEACHING COMPETENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I did my best to be actively involved in guiding clients every day. I have practiced Finnish every day and also documented using the Finnish language with the help of my colleagues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quality<\/strong> and safety of social and Health services competence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have worked in an internship to maintain and promote patient safety and also the Finnish working life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I understand my own professional role and have been an active member of the work community. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
