In the Digi Society part I’ve jotted down my thoughts on how the ever evolving digitalization has affected me or my line of work and what do I think will happen in the future. The Digi Citizen chapter is a fun little adventure where I’m navigating different websites to evaluate how easy they’re to use, what kind of user experience I get by visiting them and do I find them reliable. I’m also discussing the risks of open digi society and getting freaked out about data protection and cyber security.
Last but not least we have “Platforms”. This is where I tell you guys about my job with more detail and introduce you to the digital apps and tools I use daily.
This course has been eye opening and educating – I’ve felt overly confident about my digital skills since I’ve been pretty much a “digi native” since I was a teen. That’s why it was necessary to decrease the speed and stop for a while to just THINK all the opportunities – and the risks – digitalization causes and offers.
