I am a service supervisor and social counselor working in a residential care home for older adults, and this is my <em>Digitalized Working Environment<\/em> course blog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In my daily work, I support the well-being, safety, and quality of life of elderly residents. Alongside human interaction and compassionate care, digital technologies have become an increasingly important part of our working environment. Electronic client records, digital care plans, and emerging AI solutions are transforming the way care services are delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This blog explores digitalization and its development both locally and globally. It examines the benefits and challenges associated with digital technologies, data protection, and artificial intelligence in elderly care.
