KELA, OMAKANTA AND KEVA<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don\u00b4t use KELA\u00b4s services because I am studying at an open university of applied sciences alongside work, and I don\u00b4t need their services. I have had European health care card for a long time. The card is valid for two years and KELA automatically sends a new card after the previous expires. Luckily, I haven\u00b4t had to use the card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I logged into Omakanta using my bank credentials and I approved the login through the mobile app using my fingerprint.  According to the information I had last logged into the service two years ago. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I didn\u00b4t find my own retirement age on the Keva\u00b4s website. I used the employment pension company Elo\u00b4s calculator and according into it, my lowest retirement age is 66 years and six months. My target retirement age is 68 years and five months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIGITAL SERVICES<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The services of Booking.com seems reliable. Reviews and comments about accommodation places left by customers increase reliability.  I have never used Booking\u00b4s services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A digital service that I use daily is the Posti\u00b4s freight counter. Freight costs are obtained by entering the postal code and the weight of the freight into the calculator. It helps to find out the shipping costs of the orders. The counter also gives the price for additional services, for example if the customer needs to be notified before delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIGITALIZATION AND DIGITAL GAP<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paying bills is difficult if you don\u2019t have a digital banking service. The cash services of many banks are only open a few hours of week and paying bill at a bank counter is expensive. In general, the availability of many services is more difficult without digital platform and an email address. Those who do not use digital platforms may experience social isolation in today\u00b4s social media dominated world. On other hand social media can cause addiction, which is not a good thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIGITAL COMPETENCE TEST<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Digital Competence Test was very interesting. I have good desire and ability to search for self-service solutions online. My top 3 competences are: self-service, identity management and search. My bottom 3 competences are: active participation, automation and digital exploration. My total score was 73 % and description of scores is level 5, advanced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SELF-REFLECTION<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The digital competence test was useful because it made me think about my own digital skills. The test gave useful information about areas that requiring development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
