I myself have worked in home care for almost 20 years. It was interesting to read how digitalization has become a part of the everyday life of home care workers today. It seems strange to me to think that, for example, the treatment of a person with dementia would be done remotely via video, but I believe that it would certainly be suitable for some treatment events. It would be interesting to learn more about digital solutions used in home care. Recording patient information in real time is certainly a good thing. There can be dozens of customer visits during a day, and if you don’t get to record it right away, some important things can be forgotten. Real-time recording is certainly helpful in this. You can also check previously recorded information during a visit and don’t have to rely on memory or paper notebooks. I believe that this will also improve data protection.
