Digital Workplace Exploration: Learning, Innovation, and Reflection.

I’m Patricia, a Master’s student at Xamk, and this blog is part of my elective course exploring how digital work environments have evolved from local to global contexts. Here, I’ll reflect on how digitalization affects my field of work, recognize benefits and obstacles of digital change, and explore tools that support productivity, communication, networking, and safe information sharing in modern digital work life.
