I graduated from Laurea University of Applied Sciences in 2012 and have developed strong clinical judgment, resilience, and a patient-centered approach grounded in ethical and safe practice. My experience spans both hospital and community settings, with the ability to adapt to complex healthcare environments and maintain high professional standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">In addition to clinical practice, I have leadership experience as a Clinical Lead Nurse in England and currently work in acute care in Finland.
