I am a 46-year-old man living in the Kuopio region, my basic education is a nurse AMK. I am currently also strengthening my skills and completing a Digitalization expert, social and health (YAMK) degree alongside work. My family consists of a married wife and two sons, and our family also includes a dog. Free time is an important part of my own well-being and I like to engage in physical activities in my free time. By nature, I am calm, humorous, social, get along well with people, responsible, determined, and persistent.

My personal skills
Adapting to new situations at work comes naturally to me and I absorb new things and tasks quickly. I handle my work tasks carefully and responsibly until the end. Professionally, my strong qualities are good cooperation and interaction skills, positivity, flexibility, solution-oriented, ability to withstand pressure, as well as my own good ICT skills. In addition, I see my strengths as the ability to grasp larger sets of issues and the ability to take diverse perspectives into account. I try to look services customer-oriented and from the point of view of other operators and, if necessary, I can justify my own points of view in the discussion. I am a team player and working in different networks comes naturally to me. As areas of personal development, I see the strengthening of my own management skills, where the most important thing for me is improving the ability to regulate and prioritize the rhythm of work tasks.
My work experience:
My work experience mainly consists of social and health care, where I have worked e.g. positions of nurse, immediate supervisor and project worker in different organizations. I have worked in different types of work for more than 20 years, and mainly the tasks have focused on mental health and substance abuse services in different parts of Finland. In recent years, I have further developed my skills and worked in various projects involving development. At the moment, I work in the Northern Savo wellbeing area, in the Sustainable Well-being of Northern Savo project (RRP) in the digital services team as a project coordinator. I started working in this position in 4/2023 and my tasks include developing digital services, digital expertise of professionals and the digital support operating model.
