SUMMARY

I am experienced and educated management, sales and customer service professional. My current work is to lead and coach my sales team. I develop my sales team work and sales process. My collegues has said that I am hard worker and passionate insurance professional. Clients has appreciated my expertise and ability to solve their problems. I want always to do my best and lead my sales team to success. As a manager I am easily acceded and I promise to help, but I also demand. My dream goal is to be modern and respected director. My team main function is to take new customers for LocalTapiola. I am in charge of my team results and sales management. I develop my team work and selling process. I coach and lead my team and members. I have also recruited new employees.

Insurance advisor, LocalTapiola, 2017-2020

I was in charge of customer service and customer care functions. I made the best possible insurance and investment solutions to clients on their live situation. I sold insurances and investments to b2c- and b2b-customers.

Sales representative, LocalTapiola, 2016-2017

My work was to take new customers for LocalTapiola. I got a lot of good experience of sales, customer service and customer experience. My target clients was b2c-customers and families.
