First, the application must be user-friendly and clear, so that users can easily find the functions they need without unnecessary effort. Good usability reduces errors and saves time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secondly, the application must be reliable and functional. Technical problems, slowness, or system errors weaken the user experience and may disrupt workflow. In professional environments, such as healthcare or education, system reliability is critical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The third important factor is data security and privacy. Users must be able to trust that their data is protected and handled appropriately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, successful use requires sufficient skills and training. If users do not know how to use the application properly, its benefits remain limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, it is important that the application meets the needs of the user and supports work goals. A well-designed digital solution makes everyday work easier instead of adding unnecessary workload.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Current Work and Digital Tools<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In my current work, I use digital tools daily, the most important being Wilma and Moodle. These systems support teaching, communication, and the monitoring of student learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wilma is an important communication and management system. It is used for communication between students, guardians, and teachers. It is also used for sending messages, tracking attendance, grading, and sharing information. Wilma improves information flow and makes daily tasks more efficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Advantages of Wilma:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fast and clear communication between different parties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All student information in one place<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Easy monitoring of attendance and assessments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Challenges of Wilma:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Large number of messages can be overwhelming<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The system may feel rigid or outdated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not all users actively follow messages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Moodle functions as a learning platform where students complete tasks and submit assignments. As a teacher, I use Moodle to share materials, guide assignments, and evaluate learning. It enables flexible learning regardless of time and location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Advantages of Moodle:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enables independent and flexible learning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear place for materials and assignments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supports diverse learning methods (videos, text, tasks)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Challenges of Moodle:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Can be complex for beginners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Course structures may vary and appear unclear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical issues may slow down work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, Wilma and Moodle are essential tools in teaching and make everyday work easier in many ways. They improve communication, support learning, and enable flexible working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, their use also brings challenges, such as workload and technical issues. Therefore, it is important to continuously develop these systems to be more user-friendly and clearer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Self-Evaluation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this assignment, I presented the digital tools I use in my work, especially Wilma and Moodle, which are essential for daily work and communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The assignment also helped me reflect on what makes a digital application effective. I realized that technical functionality alone is not enough. Usability, data security, and how well the application supports work goals are equally important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the assignment increased my awareness of how digitalisation affects working life more broadly. Digital tools can significantly support work, but they also require continuous learning and adaptation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, I found the assignment useful, as it helped me connect practical experience with theoretical thinking and improved my understanding of the role of digital tools in my work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Current Studies and the Use of Copilot<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During my studies, I have also utilized Copilot as a learning support tool. Copilot is an AI-based assistant designed to help with tasks such as writing, structuring ideas, finding information, and improving clarity in texts. It can generate suggestions, provide explanations, and help organize content in a logical way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In my studies, Copilot has been especially helpful in developing my blog texts and assignments. It has supported me in refining language, creating structure, and expanding ideas when needed. This has made the learning process more efficient and helped me progress in my studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, I understand that Copilot is only a support tool. It does not replace my own thinking or professional knowledge.
