Welcome to my Digitalised Working Environment course blog!
This site includes all required assignments for the Master-level course Digitalised Working Environment and explores three central themes: the development of digital society, the evolving role of digital citizenship and the significance of digital platforms in contemporary hybrid working life.
The reflections presented here combine academic perspectives with insights from my professional background in workforce planning, internal communication, process development and hybrid expert teamwork. My work has focused on coordinating resource planning, improving communication structures, developing documentation practices and enabling knowledge flow in distributed teams. These experiences provide a practical, real-world lens through which the course topics are analysed and applied.
This blog demonstrates a critical understanding of digitalization in working life, evaluates opportunities and challenges of digital transformation and connects theoretical ideas with the realities of organizational collaboration. Each assignment also includes a brief self-assessment, as required by the course. All blog texts are based on my own writing and on the sources and materials provided during the course. All images have been created by me using the paid version of Canva.

• designing communication that engages diverse audiences
• supporting leaders and specialists in digital collaboration
• understanding both content and systems at a strategic level
