My professional background is strongly founded on developing and managing business-centric IT systems, working closely at the intersection of business, data, and technology, particularly in sales and customer-related domains. My core strength lies in translating complex business needs into practical, user-centric solutions that create measurable value.

Across different contexts, my work has included:

• Designing and developing business-driven CRM and analytics solutions

• Translating business requirements into system, data, and reporting specifications
