WORK EXPERIENCE

Cabin crew (May 2016 – )

  • The main goal of inflight personnel is to guarantee safe and pleasant journey for passengers aboard. I ensure that passengers follow aircraft safety procedures, handle emergency situations and provide first aid if needed; take care of customer service procedures, as well as, carry out inflight sales duties.
  • In addition to my main responsibilities as a consequence of internal recruitment, since January 2020, I have been a member of Dedicated Test Lab-group. I am involved in testing new service concepts, collecting and giving both feedback and development ideas that could enhance customer experience and satisfaction. From 2017 until 2019 I acted as Sales Motivator. Organized sales trainings as well as active and self-directed maintenance of competence enabled acting as an inflight product’s selection coach for colleagues. Sales Motivator-programme was ceased in 2019.

Safe Travel Agent (March 2022 – September 2022)

  • I was involved with piloting and developing new Safe Travel-service for customers. My work was focused on streamlining pre-travel phase of customer journey and, thus, further increasing the possibility for touchless travel, by supporting automated check of required travel documents’ eligibility, utilizing Altea CM and ARD Web-systems. The contract was project-based.
