I have different experiences working in healthcare. I have been a nurse and leader in a senior care house and I have experience for homecare too. Digitalisation is the development of senior care to last ten years. We have medical robots, different patient record systems and example tablets which we can communicate with doctors or patients relatives.

Digitalisation is part of our daily work today and in the future. We can develop service and deduct the cost of service. However, the first digitalised solution cost lots of money. Organizations have to educate employees and get suitable tools for working. Education isn’t only for employees because we make services for customers and also they need to provide education for digitalised services. For example, chat contacts need suitable tools like phones or computers. Young people are in different positions than senior citizens. Senior citizens may not have smartphones and they may not know how it works. Service design needs resources for the whole society.

Digitalisations get us better education and it could help to inhibit social exclusion. Education benefits digital tools for distance teaching and also simulation teaching. That kind of education reaches more students and makes possible a bigger participant amount for less resources. Simulation helps get better understanding at work and better learning. Simulation is a safe way to practice, for example surgery. Digitalised service also reaches people who are social exclusions because it makes it easier to reach service at home. I am thinking after all, can this make it easier to become marginalized and avoid social contacts?

Digitalisation is a possibility for the working environment. It challenges us with our daily work, but we only need courage to innovate and build something new.
