My work as project assistant is very much depending on functioning digi solutions.
TEAMS
When the covid-19 pandemic spread all over the world and isolation was almost only option to prevent disease to spread. Being an e-citizen was a blessing. Fortunately, there was different kind of programs which made possible to contact to other people.
Same programs and good telecommunications connections made possible to telecommuting. Teams is one part of our daily work. The most of our meetings are held via that and instead of using emails chat talks are quick way to ask questions to our colleagues. And apps which relate to teams make our work even easier, but there is also that big grievance, social communication will disappear. Your must also embrace new programs and information flow will be increase enormously. And it is very burdening to bear earphones the whole day. And by sharing the screen you can explain and show many things and there is again a better mutual understanding.
ZOOM
Zoom is used in Savonia. It is almost as Teams but not so flexible. If there are technical differences between Teams and Zoom I am not aware of them.
I prefer Teams.
WhatsApp I use for communication. I share videos and files with my friends.
