My name is Rehema, and I am a registered nurse based in Finland with 18 years of experience in healthcare. Most of my career has been in surgical nursing, caring for pre- and postoperative and trauma patients. During the last four years, I have worked as a phlebotomist, taking laboratory samples, performing ECGs, and guiding patients.

This blog was created as part of my Digital Health master’s studies to explore how digitalisation is transforming healthcare, working life, and society. Here, I reflect on topics such as digital healthcare services, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital citizenship, and the use of social media and digital platforms in healthcare.
