I found your experience with digital health very relatable, probably because we working on the same field. I still remember when in Finland, healthcare system was partially digitalised, where anaesthetic chart and documentation were still on paper version, we used to carry patient’s folder to the theatre and doing a detail handover to the other Nursing staffs. However, this phase has already transformed in Finland and I realize how seamlessly everything works after complete digitalization.
I wanted to go and work in the UK as a Nurse just for few years and gain experience but after knowing that healthcare system is still traditional i.e paper based I was hesitant. Having worked in Finland with well developed digital system, I do not want to take any unnecessary work stress.
