Microsoft Teams
I´m using Teams to keep in touch with work colleagues and performing some work tasks. Some of the working instructions and files are available through Teams. So this is easy channel when need to find instructions or help from colleagues quickly.
Titania
Titania program is used to book workers to the shifts when there are sick leaves or there is need for more people to the work place.
Vivago
Vivago is used to monitor customers activity and information about if they are woken up or sleeping. It is also an call system when customer needs assistance quickly.

Facebook for our nursing home is updated regularly. This is good way for families to know how their old people are doing. Also good way to show that our nursing home is good place to live and through this channel also to show that this is an good place to work.

Video visit
Program Video Visit is used for negations, multiprofessional customer care and also for communicating with the family of customer.

Five new digital tools I could use in my work
I´m looking for new work place and I could benefit on using LinkedIn. Industrial job openings are available widely through LinkedIn, however jobs for nurses are not too common through LinkedIn. LinkedIn is making possible to follow up work related topical things and news about new breakthroughs at nursing field of expertise. Also it is an good tool to network with other professionals.
At my work place we are planning of building new medicine room for the building. Miro can be used to gather all the ideas and demands for the room from the team. This way designer can take into account what is really needed to find in good medicine room from professional point of view. Miro can also be utilized through Teams, so it is easy to communicate with the team using already familiar basic tools.
You Tube
I have learned how to make Youtube videos for the customers. At my work I can use Youtube as an platform where to find videos. With privacy settings I can control who can find the videos from Youtube and making possible to have content designed for our nursing home. Especially customer with memory problems can greatly benefit on seeing videos from familiar places. Of course great way to just to spend some time.
I haven´t thought of using Pinterest on my work, however there seems to be lot of images available that I can use on my work. I will start with printing out gymnastic instructions. Also this can be used to show pictures of interesting matters to the customers while keeping in the same subject.
Twitter is interesting platform which I have been thinking of to register at some point. First look to it does not show benefits to professional point of view. This could be an great way to find discussion topic to the coffee breaks and help steer the discussion away from daily work topics and this way to have an good break.
Sosial media
Social media is an good way to keep in touch with people. Way to find oput how people are doing and if something new is happening for them like changing jobs or leaving for mommy leave. Social media can easily cause addiction. If you are not part of some of the social media then are you an outsider of modern life?
Evaluate what are the elements of successful use of digital application?
In my opinion good application is easy to use and functionality of the application is straight forward. Application needs to useful and fulfill its purpose without useless functions or hassle with logins. At work place it would be necessary to also include workers to selection process of new applications making sure that application is ticking all the needed functionalities that are needed in daily work.
Self Evaluation
At work it is very slow process when onboarding new applications. Information security needs to be taken into account on all software related matters. Getting new applications into to use should be more agile and I´m hopeful that after this course I can be part of taking new applications and software’s to use in more faster way. Course it self have been very interesting and I have learned a lot of new things. I do believe that I can utilize many of the new things that I learned at my daily work. Studying in English is quite time consuming when you need to check meanings of the words and how something is translated correctly.
