Profile: Anne-Mari Heikkinen
My professional passion is in high-quality customer service, positive encouraging meetings and open interaction of people of all ages and different backgrounds. I like to take on challenges and find solutions to them. Service design and functional design in both digital gadgets and physical spaces are close to my heart. I want to involve the customers who use the service in planning the operation. Entrepreneurship training, interaction training, healthcare management training, and long work experience have also taught me management skills and the recognition of various weak signals. I am an expert in multi-professional work. I have good team management skills and have worked in many kinds of projects during my career, both as a leader and as a participant. I commit to my work and to the mutually agreed goals with a twinkle in the corner of my eye, relaxedly, but responsibly.
