A good digital application is easy to use, visual and reliable. It’s really maddening to use an app that’s complicated to use and doesn’t work well. I think it’s important that users’ data protection is in order. It is important for the application to respond to the user’s need, i.e. to provide some kind of added value to the user. I personally don’t like to use paid apps, but if I get enough added value from it, I’m ready to pay for the usage. In addition, appearance matters. It’s great if the application is visually inspiring and clear!
