My Current Job

I am working as Business development manager at language intelligence sector. I work in sales with our key customers and partners. I use a lot of digital tools and platforms on a daily basis. 

Salesforce We used salesforce as our CRM, Customer Relationship Management – tool. With this we manage customer interactions, track leads and opportunities and maintain a centralized database of customer information. Also, we use this to measure and track our KPI’s.

HubSpot Sales With this I can monitor email open rates (email tracking), track engagement and analyze email campaigns.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator LinkedIn overall is very important tool is sales but with the navigator I can get valuable insights about leads, prospects and customers. This helps me personalize approach and understand their behavior. 

Teams/Slack For communication internally and externally, and virtual sales meetings. 

Adobe sign With this is easy to create, share and sign documents and contracts.

Vainu.io It will gather and outsource important data of our customers and leads to your CRM. 

Leadfeeder Well, we use leadfeeder but most of the times it is just running on the background.

These tools are designed to support various aspects of sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to communication and performance analysis. And thankfully most of these will gather the data automatically to our CRM. 

MY SELECTION OF SOCIAL MEDIA TOOLS

Issuu I don’t know how is it possible that I hear this just now. I will definitely going to use this. Issuu is a digital publishing platform that allows you to publish, share, and discover content online. It serves as a platform for creating and distributing digital publications. 

Monday.com is a work operating system, Work OS. It provides a centralized platform for teams to collaborate, organize and track work. It promotes teamwork and cooperation throughout the organization.  It is designed to streamline workflows, enhance communication and to improve overall productivity, very similar to Lean work method. This one was all new to me but surely sounds something to look into. I think it also can be modified all kinds of teams, big or small, with the feature customization. 

Todoist is a task management and productivity app designed to help individuals and teams organize and prioritize their work. I think I have found a solution to our family chaos. All and all this is looking super easy to use and helpful to be on top of everything.

Blogger is a blog creating platform. I think we would benefit hugely if we started to write a blog. Although I don’t think we would use this kind of platform but this was interesting to get know now after we have used wordpress. 

Vimeo is a video creating platform. Again I think we would benefit to create and share information and our knowledge via videos to our customers or prospects. I think this would support our customers’ learning with our own platforms. I have heard Vimeo and seen videos made with this but hadn’t been introduced to it before. This will also go to our “lets check this out” – list. 

Is Social Media a good or a bad? I think it can be both. It is super useful to get engaged to peers, to get support, to learn and to get noticed. But one needs to be also critical to its content. There are so much false information, false websites and so on. It is really easy to get lost and do more damage than good. In my personal life I am super cautious with my social media actions and I am very strict how I use it and how I interact with.

FINAL WORDS

It was very interesting to learn more about social platforms and even find totally new ones. I was also amazed how many tools we have in use. Of course some of them are mandatory that has given to us by someone in upper lever but also I think I found few good ones that I am going to introduce to our sales team.
