I have also ordered from eBay sometimes, but I feel that the risk of being scammed there is higher than in domestic online stores. Of course, there are cheaper prices on eBay, but the quality of the products may not be as good, and not all information about the product has been reported. And I think there are also too many options on Ebay, so it can take hours to scroll through. I prefer to shop online for the sake of reliability and responsibility. Since I work partly in human resource management, I chose SAP Success Factor as the application for my own field. Our organization also uses an SAP system, which is used for planning and implementing production, among other things. This SAP Success Factor is easy to use. As a minus, I would see that it is in English, and sometimes there may be some foreign words. Another downside I see is that we have a separate recruitment system, so it would be easier for recruitment to only happen in one system, in SAP Success Factor. The system is therefore a personnel management system, into which the employee’s data is entered, payroll feeds the payroll data. The SAP Success Factor has an integrated learning platform Learning Point and there is also a dedicated section for performance review. The app can also be used with a mobile phone and once you have learned certain functions from the app, it is easy to use.
