WEEK 2

I concentrated on learning more about the traumatic patient, which is typical in the ward, during my second week. Some of the young kids in my ward have imported their own medications. As nurses, it is our responsibility to oversee and direct medicine use at the appointed time. I also worked on entering patient data into the system.


My interactions with patients have improved because of spending more time with them. Through discussions and board games, I interact with a single patient every day, which has helped me better understand patient care in mental health units.
